Being lightweight by design and powered with the included 9V battery, the ElectroSamson can be easily used in portable applications. A carrying case is also included with each scale to keep it safe when not in use.
Special design features help to accommodate the sports fishing application and prevent harm while weighing the fish. An included hanging hook is blunt to prevent damage to the gills of the fish. The display is tilted upward to allow the fish to be weighed closer to the deck of the boat while remaining highly visible for the operator.
