Rice Lake DeckHand Rough-n-Ready Systems include the DeckHand base and a 482 Plus digital indicator. The indicator and base come connected and factory calibrated for immediate use. Large attached rubber wheels allow the scale to be easily transported on almost any surface. With a 59-inch-tall pillar and built in handles the scale can be tipped back safely to balance on its wheels.
The Rice Lake 482 Plus indicator includes an internal rechargeable battery for weighing in remote areas. Optional ramps increase the usefulness of the DeckHand by allowing barrels and other items to be weighed without a forklift or lifting mechanism present.

Available Capacities: Capacities range from 500 lb, 1000 lb, or 2000 lb
Package Includes: Mild steel DeckHand with a 482 Plus digital indicator are included in the package. The base and indicator are connected, setup, and factory calibrated.
Warranty: Two year warranty on load cells and indicator and a one year limited manufacturer's warranty on all other components
Indicator Capabilities: The Rice Lake 482 in IP66 rated with a highly visible LED backlight display. The indicator also includes standard communication features such as RS-232 and 20mA ports.
Load Cells: Two IP67 rated aluminum load cells
Portable Features: Large rubber wheels enable the scale to be easily moved on almost all surfaces and the indicator includes an internal battery for use in areas where standard power outlets are not present
Raised Pillar: The attached column mount is 59 inches tall and includes built in handles for ease of use
Ramp Assembly: Ramps are not included. They must be ordered as a seperate option to increase the usefulness of the scale.
